We are currently seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true!The Group Brand manager will oversee brand plans, portfolio, and product management within the Jumbo Group. This role involves managing a team of brand managers and being responsible for multiple brands across various markets. Key responsibilities include launching new products, adapting existing ones, and redesign packaging. This position requires a deep understanding of the market and consumers, working closely with various teams to develop and execute both short-term and long-term.To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following: Team manager: lead and inspire a team of group brand managers.Market and consumer insights: get full understanding of the market and the consumer preferences.Strategic planning: develop and execute long-term (3-year) and short-term (1-year) brand and product strategies. Implement brand strategy plans across all markets.Sales performance: Proactively manage and monitor sales performance, adjusting as needed. Collaborate on trade marketing, product development, innovation and local marketing and sales teams.Product and quality improvement: continuously initiate improvements in product quality and diversification of product assortment.Briefings: Prepare and coordinate briefings for product development, packaging artwork, user manuals and brand-related content.Training: conduct product training sessions.Research: support and brief qualitative and quantitative research initiatives for brands and products.The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:Education: University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Bachelor / Master / Diploma)Experience:Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.Previous team management experience.Strong project management skills.Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines.Affinity with Jumbo Group products; knowledge of the toy market is preferred.Fluent in English.Other competences: Leadership: inspire and lead the team to meet performance targets.Communication: facilitate effective communication within and across departments.Team player: work independently while being a collaborative team member.Decision making and problem solving: make informed decisions and tackle challenges effectively.Consumer focus and commercially minded: understand consumer needs and drive company performance.Creativity: Generate product ideas and guide the product development team.Prioritization: manage a board and sometimes complex agenda, setting the right priorities.If you are dynamic, creative, passionate, hardworking, and want to join a toys and games international company, we are waiting for you.Let’s unlock the power of play!
