Establishing and developing WTW’s facultative casualty book in Europe, with a focus on business growth and market presence.
Driving strategic initiatives to identify and capture new opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Building and nurturing relationships with cedants, reinsurers, and other key stakeholders to secure profitable partnerships.
Educating and mobilizing WTW teams across Europe to integrate facultative casualty solutions into their offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Negotiating optimal terms and conditions for facultative casualty reinsurance placements, securing the best outcomes for clients.
Preparing and presenting comprehensive submissions to reinsurers, tailored to meet client and cedant requirements.
Overseeing governance and administration of facultative casualty reinsurance deals, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
Staying ahead of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to position WTW as a leader in the European facultative casualty market.
