Job Summary:In Werfen, we are, looking for a position as a Health & Safety & Environment (HSE) Leader who reporting to the HSE manager, this position works directly in the HSE department advising in everything related to ensuring compliance with the legislation and corporate requirements in matters of Health, Safety and Environment for the three legal entities located in the OEM Technology Center Lliçà d’Amunt. Hence he/she will be responsible to implement, maintain and propose improvements in the Prevention and Environmental Management in his workplace to guarantee the health and safety of werfen OEM Technology center employees, the care of the environment and the HSE matters with external stakeholders. In addition to this role, he/she will closely cooperate with the Corporate stakeholders of Werfen Iberia on matters related to Health and Safety, Facilities and Environment.Key Accountabilities:HSE Leader, his/her main tasks are:• Carry out the risk assessments of jobs, products, processes, facilities, investments and changes and the assessment of environmental aspects proposing the measures and actions necessary to minimize or eliminate the associated environmental risks and impacts.• Carry out the necessary hygienic, ergonomic and psychosocial measurements and, following the results, propose changes and improvements.• To follow up on accidents, investigations of accidents, incidents and occupational diseases occurring in their workplaces, propose measures for their reduction and regularly monitor the resulting actions in agreement with all those involved.• Participate in the review of the documentation of the Prevention and Environment System, propose improvements or new technical instructions for your workplace.• Conduct prevention and environmental training and information defined for the site and propose its content.• Review, learn and participate in the workplace’s Emergency Plan. Conduct and report on emergency drills and monitor identified improvements.• Manage the collection of information, report and follow-up of HSE KPIs from your workplace: waste management, water, energy, accidents, incidents... etc.• Perform the technical tasks associated with the environmental vectors of the center: waste management, atmospheric measurements, wastewater, energy...etc. Make the declarations to the administration: waste declaration, other environmental controls..• Participate in HS Commitees.• Participate in the internal, external and coporate audits.Knowledge & Experience:Knowledge:· Required: Bachelor's degree (Diplomatura) in any related area with Health & Safety, or Chemistry or Engineering.Master in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 specialties: occupational safety, hygiene, ergonomics and psychosociology.Environmental management courses.· Valuable: ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management courses.Any additional degree higher than that required in the previous section.Experience:· Required:Professional experience is required up to 5 years in a similar position. (minimum 2 years)· Valuable:Experience in HSE audits.Experience in GMP environments.Additional Knowledge: · User fluency level Knowledge of basic software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). advanced knowledge in SAP valuable· Advanced knowledge in English & Spanish.Skills & Capabilities:Ability to learn specific, practical techniques and apply this knowledge to solve technical problems.Time management skills to work on several different projects at the same time.Ability to collaborate, participate and coordinate actively with working groups. Methodological and well-organized person. Ability to express information clearly and concisely to the staff, ensuring their understanding.
