Human Resources Manager The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization.

Organize workshops and seminars to promote professional growth.
Compliance and Policy Management Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits Oversee compensation structures and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Conduct salary reviews and recommend adjustments as needed.
HR Metrics and Reporting Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.

Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
8 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
