HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (PART-TIME)

BettingJobs are excited to be working with an established iGaming company who are seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Barcelona. As the HR Manager you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, support employees and reach organisational goals.The role of HR Manager will be suited to an individual with proven experience in an HR Manager role with strong communication skills who is eager to progress their career in the dynamic iGaming industryResponsibilities:Provide assistance to employees and answer any queries regarding company policies procedures, issues or concernsRemain up to date with trends, best practices and new technologies in HR, Talent Management and employment lawsAssist with Human Resources in audit processesAssist with candidate screening, interviews and assist with the candidate selection leading to hiring. Act as a primary point of contact for recruitersManage the onboarding and induction process of new employees – including drafting contracts and onboarding documentationMaintain HR Information Systems and personnel filesPrepare and submit weekly and monthly reports/summariesCollaborate with Finance and prepare and submit monthly reports/summariesImplement HR strategies, policies and HR initiativesOrganizing and maintaining personnel records, hardcopies and electronicallyHandling employee Relations (disciplinary, grievances etc.) issues when requiredRequirements:Proven work experience in Human ResourcesStrong knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment processComputer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)Excellent communication both written and verbalExisting knowledge of employee relations and employment lawsStrong understanding of HR reporting metricsPrevious experience in the iGaming industry is preferred
