ICT ASSOCIATE (SOLUTION DESIGNER)

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an ICT Associate (Solution Designer).
This resource will be working at our client site in Valencia, Spain.
ob Responsibilities.
he candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to meet the organizational business needs.
He\/She will engage in all project phases from ideation to implementation and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the solutions and makes recommendations for improvements.

ork with SMEs and various business stakeholders in identifying and defining business needs and opportunities.
2.
reate technical specifications, architecture diagrams and design documents for technology solutions that meet the identified requirements.

articipate in the evaluation of technology products, solutions and vendors and make recommendations for scalable, secure solutions that are aligned with industry standards and best practises.
.
oordinate with cross-functional teams, to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

upport the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.

onitor and support the implementation, testing and validation of digital solutions.
.
nsure that the solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
8.
upport the Adoption, Training and Support team to train users on the digital platforms.
9.
ork closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyse and troubleshoot complex production issues.
10.
repare and present design and implementation documentation to stakeholders.

repare project reports and ensure timely submission, in line with project requirements and client procedures and standards.
Prepare regular briefings, summaries, press releases and other relevant information materials, as required.

eeping up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve skills and processes continuously.

ducation:•University degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, economics, statistics or related field with five years of relevant professional experience.•Diploma\/Completed High School degree with seven years of relevant professional experience.
xperience:•Minimum five years of relevant work experience in ICT roles, such as systems analysis, software development, network administration, or IT support.•Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ICT solutions.•Experience in managing ICT projects, including planning, executing, and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
•Experience delivering software with SCRUM framework•Experience with system integration and understanding of enterprise architecture.•Experience with agile development and strong understanding of DevOps principles.• Familiarity with configuration management, test-driven development and release management.•Experience with incident management.
