INDUSTRIAL AND OT CYBERSECURITY - MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER

Please note the role is posted as remote; however, you need to be based in Spain to be able to commute to one of the offices when needed, preferably Madrid. Join us to lead transformative projects and secure the digitalization of control systems and production processes across various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Gas & Oil, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Building Automation.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of consultants and architects specializing in Industrial and OT Cybersecurity. Your team will cover areas such as Integrated Governance and Risk Management, Cloud and IIoT Security, Threat Detection & Response, Network Security, and Vulnerability and Patch Management. You’ll have the autonomy to hire and onboard team members in line with our growth strategy.Project Management: Lead large, complex transformation projects in converging Industrial Automation & Control Systems environments. Drive innovative projects like Threat Detection & Response across OT and IT, and secure transformations to Cloud and Industrial IoT.Sales and Engagement: Influence sales and bid engagements to position our Industrial and OT Cybersecurity services, including consulting and managed services like Managed GRC across OT/IT or Managed Secure Zones & Conduits. Utilize your consultative selling skills in client meetings and workshops.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.Proven experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity.Broad expertise in various cybersecurity domains relevant to Industrial and OT Cybersecurity.Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract and develop cybersecurity talent.A blend of commercial, sales, and technical skills with a consultative mindset.Familiarity with industry frameworks, standards, and regulations such as IEC 62443, Namur, VDI, NIST SP 800-82, BSI IT-GS/KRITIS, or ENISA CIP.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders from technicians to executives.Fluency in Spanish and English.Preferred Qualifications:Background in industrial engineering and operational technology.Understanding of safety instrumented systems (SIS) requirements and constraints.Experience in program and project management, with relevant certifications being a plus.Strong analytical and innovative thinking, especially in complex problem settings.Business acumen with a successful track record in aligning with customers.Relevant certifications such as GICSP, GRID, IEC 62443, CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, ITIL, or others.Professional training in vendor technologies related to IACS or cybersecurity.About Accenture:Accenture is a leading global professional services company, helping the world’s top businesses, governments, and organizations build their digital core, optimize operations, and enhance services.
