Facilitate the acquisition of permits and approvals required for the deployment of Fixed Network Infrastructure in accordance with local law and regulations.
Coordinates the construction of civil infrastructure for new build and retention of the Access Network sites.
Job Responsibilities Facilitates the acquisition for new network access sites in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Radio Planning, Property, Legal, and vendors to drive cost effective and timely acquisition process.
Monitor the progress for access site acquisition with vendors, ensuring the compliance with the internal guidelines, local law and Radio planning requirements.
Identify and assess the necessary permits required for implementation of Fixed network infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of Fixed network permit requirements, regulations, and application processes.
Coordinate with the vendors the submission of Fixed Network permit applications and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
Monitor Fixed Network permit timelines and proactively address any potential delays or obstacles.
Who you are Understanding of local laws/regulations and requirements, especially those applicable to Telecom industry.
Operations knowledge for Telecom Civil infrastructure.
Previous experience in permit acquisition or regulatory compliance, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry.
Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and evolving business priorities.
Good interpersonal skills.
Availability for in-country travelling and to work outside working hours.
Communication skills Must have technical / professional qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Driving license.
AutoCAD MS Office.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
