Position Purpose.
The Marketing Excellence Manager plays a critical role in leading the strategic development and continuous evolution to remain a competitive edge for J&J IM to ensure commercial blueprints in the future, which includes identifying gaps in corporate marketing capability based on the requirement to realize a future commercial model and addressing those by appropriate tools and/or learning experience and driving change management across the organization.

Ø This position solidly reports to the Associate Director, Marketing Excellence, Japan.
Ø This position will be a window role to regional stakeholders as Japan representative of Marketing Excellence Manager, aligned to regional and local business strategy.
Ø Ensures the Janssen way of doing Marketing is constantly evolving and remains competitive in an ever-changing landscape.
(Digitalization, Omni-channel engagement, Marketing Automation, Agile approach, New Go-To-Market etc.) Ø Leads local Marketing Excellence communities for Marketing.

Ø Provide guidance to support brand strategy development, which helps brand leads to formulate/elaborate the plan with a compelling storyline.
Create Knowledge Library Ø Establish a platform that enables BU marketer to smoothly and effectively on-board their daily tasks by consolidating all the necessary procedures, tools, and materials in one place.
CoE of Marketing Training Ø Support the business via Marketing Excellence Coaching and Training delivery.
Ø Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to help teams understand and adopt the Vx framework contributing to improve the quality of Brand strategy Ø Establish and manage collaboration networks to foster sharing of best practice, and issue solving in the marketing space.
COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT Ø マーケティングマネージャーを対象にした能力開発モデルを継続的に更新します。 Ø 共通的な要素と職能に基づいて能力評価とギャップ分析を管理します。 Ø 結果に基づいて、改善の機会を特定します。 STRATEGY REVIEW PROCESS Ø 年次ブランド戦略レビュープロセスを管理します。 Ø ブランド戦略の開発をサポートするためのガイダンスを提供し、ブランドリーダーが魅力的なストーリーを持つプランを策定/ 詳細化できるようにします。 CREATE KNOWLEDGE LIBRARY Ø 必要な手順書、ツール、資料を一つの場所にまとめることで、BU マーケターがスムーズかつ効果的に日常業務に取り組めるプラットフォームを構築します。 COE OF MARKETING TRAINING Ø マーケティングエクセレンスのコーチングとトレーニングを通じてビジネスをサポートします。 Ø チームがVx フレームワークを理解し、採用するためのトレーニングセッション、ワークショップ、コーチングを提供し、ブランド戦略の品質向上に貢献します。 Ø マーケティング領域でのベストプラクティスの共有と課題解決を促進するためのコラボレーションネットワークを確立して管理します。 Qualifications Experiences： Ø 3 years or more of pharmaceutical business experience at a Pharma/Biotech company Ø Experience of involving creating strategy as a Brand manager or certain commercial strategy in Pharma/Biotech company (>3 years) Ø Demonstrate a track record of business results in complex and ambiguous marketing environments.
Skills and Capabilities.
Ø Cross-functional team leadership, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ø Ability to develop trust relationships in the organization.
Ø Strategic thinking based on analytical, critical and logical approach.
