The Business Innovation Consulting Group (BICG) BICG is the union of talent from various disciplines applied to think, design, and implement the Company Experience® in organizations. We are economists, journalists, psychologists, sociologists, mathematicians, computer scientists, engineers, architects, biologists, artists, publicists, … Ultimately, we formed a multidisciplinary creative team with a common denominator: the pursuit of excellence in each project, regardless of the challenge involved. We are currently looking for an Internal Communication Consulting Manager to join our international Team based in Madrid! Position Overview: We are seeking an Internal Communication Consulting Manager with a strong understanding of the production and design of various communication materials (audiovisual, spatial, graphic, digital, etc.), capable of leading the design team in all their tasks. This person will act as a key point of contact with the client, understanding their needs and transforming them into effective solutions, aligning and coordinating all necessary resources and teams to execute the defined strategies. The role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects within established deadlines, managing the entire lifecycle of initiatives. What you will doInternal Communication Project Management:Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams (production, design, content, etc.).Identify client needs, define project scope, and translate them into action plans.Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Control and adjust strategies according to changes in client requirements or priorities.Team Leadership and Management:Lead and coordinate the team in creating strategies and content for internal communication.Supervise the team’s work to ensure consistency and alignment with the client's strategic goals.Ensure proper integration between design, production, and content areas.Deep Understanding of Production and Design:Ensure excellence in the execution of internal communication pieces (videos, infographics, newsletters, etc.) by overseeing production and design quality.Work closely with designers, producers, and creative teams to optimize the visual and narrative impact of communications.Stay updated on design and production trends to continuously innovate and improve client proposals.Client Relationship Management:Manage daily client relations, ensuring smooth and proactive communication.Present proposals, reports, and project results, aligning expectations and managing client satisfaction.Identify improvement opportunities and advise clients on how to optimize their internal communication strategies.Monitoring and Analysis of Results:Evaluate the impact of internal communication strategies by collecting and analyzing key metrics.Offer recommendations based on campaign performance to enhance future results.Resource Coordination:Manage human and technical resources to ensure efficient project execution.Coordinate collaboration between various internal areas such as business transformation, architecture, marketing, and business development, ensuring integration across relevant areas. What you should bringDegree in Communication, Design, Audiovisual Production, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within the internal communication field.Strong production and design skills.
