IT PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to support the Digital Commercial value stream of multinational manufacturing company in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will possess a deep experience in managing projects on a large and complex environment as the same time strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and alignment at all levels of the value stream.Role & ResponsibilitiesDirect, manage, plan and administer Project activities of a division/business area.Manage complex and cross-functional programs and Projects.Manage projects and initiatives within the commercial area, ensuring high interaction with business teams and significant visibility within the project.Utilize multiple vendors and ensure collaboration.Interact with stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational alignment.Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation.Develop, plan and schedule the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of all Projects.Oversee execution of multiple Projects and coordinate/manage dependencies.Monitor progress to ensure program objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized.Communicate program performance to program sponsors and executive team.Comply with and enforce standard company policies and procedures.Requirements:10+ years of IT project management. Experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance in large and complex organizations.Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving change and continuous improvement.10 years in position of project manager or Agile Coach/Scrum MasterEglish Level: B2.Nice to have:Certified PMP, ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent Agile certifications.We offer:Immediate incorporation.Salary based on experience.working day remotely.
