Our Hybrid Cloud solutions encompass on-premises, private, and public cloud environments, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable managed services that propel businesses into the future.      You’ll make a difference by:  Being a key member of our Managed Data Center team, working in orchestration, operations, and driving the integration of technical solutions that enhance business efficiency and technology advancement.  Solution Integration and Deployment.
Implementing and managing advanced technical solutions, fostering an environment of continuous innovation, ensuring high-quality delivery, and effective IaaS and PaaS solutions rollout across our private and public cloud platforms.  Collaboration.
Working closely with internal and external partners to translate technical requirements into executable strategies, promoting a culture of collaborative innovation.
Providing critical support to the Service Owner, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business requirements and stakeholder needs.  Provider Management.
Overseeing external IT providers, aligning projects with strategic goals, maintaining technology architectures and lifecycle, particularly in multi-cloud environments, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and efficient.  Service Delivery Excellenc e.
Oversee the delivery of IaaS and PaaS services, ensuring adherence to technical standards and business objectives, while also identifying and mitigating associated risks.  Innovation & Compliance.
Drive innovation in data center architecture and solutions, implement governance and compliance measures in line with industry standards, and continuously seek opportunities for service optimization and efficiency enhancement.  Documentation & Reporting.
Maintain thorough documentation and reporting processes for all technical solutions and implementations, ensuring a clear record of progress and innovation.      Your success is grounded in:  +10 years in a senior IT role, with a focus on IT service delivery and Data Center operations.   +5 years managing relationships with IT service providers.  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field  Fluent in English with a strong experience in international team settings, other languages are a plus  Deep knowledge in Data Center infrastructure (Compute, Storage, VMware Virtualization) and public cloud platforms and storage solutions (Azure, AWS).   Proficiency in applying a broad skill set across various scenarios, with the ability to transition between generalist and specialist roles.  Solid experience with ITIL framework and Technology Lifecycle Management  Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and independent, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.  Nice to have.
knowledge of ServiceNow, experience with relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, IaC or deploying and managing EDGE Computing, certifications (CISSP, PMP, ITIL, Cloud certifications, etc.), understanding regulations and security standards in Data Center and Cloud Services.    What do we offer?
