JUNIOR CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Our client, Digital Hub based in the city centre of Barcelona is looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join their AdOps area. Your main responsibilities will be to develop, create, and manage advertising campaigns for their partners. The area you will be working in provides AdOps services for various channels, including their loyalty app which is available in over 28 European countries.In this Role, you'll get to:Create and manage campaigns, as well as relevant adjustment on a technical level, across the AdServer, Data Management Platform, and/or tracking tools. Review marketing content and URLs and monitor performance & quality.Proactively develop and present ideas for improvements to performance and service quality.Identify and propose potential optimizations to their advertising partners.Work at the intersection between sales team, agencies, customers, and external providers.Required Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and results on relevant digital marketing and programmatic campaigns KPIs (and how they can be optimized).Strong interest in online marketing and new media technologies.A degree in a relevant field (eg. Computer Science, Digital Media) or at least 2 years of relevant experience in online marketing.Understanding of Programmatic advertising (eg. Google DV360, Active Agent, PromoteIQ, TheAdex, Xandr, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ...) is a plus.High level of English is required, while German and/or Spanish would be appreciated. Any other languages are also a plus.You are detail-oriented with an agile mindset and excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working independently to deliver based on your media experience.Previous experience with managing Google campaigns will definitely be a plus :)They offer working in a nice, international environment, a permanent contract, 24 days of holidays, flexible working hours with intensive timetable all the Fridays of the year and in July & August.If you think you could be a good match, we're looking forward to getting to know you!
