Junior Delivery Manager

Currently we are looking for a Junior Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team. Full description of the position and requirements can be found below.

What Youll Do Responsibilities

Owning and managing the delivery roadmap for specific region including provider connection requests new provider launches new product or product changes implementations.
Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate report and monitor delivery progress of overall roadmap for assigned region.
Communicating regularly with operators and vendors providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole the delivery life-cycle
Assisting in the planning of incoming requests and projects as well as assist in any capacity to streamline delivery of projects
Leading kick off and status meeting to communicate project objectives deliverables and expectations to the development and operation teams.
Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure the readiness of different environments for deployment and testing by expected internal and externals teams for assigned region.
Identifying opportunities to improve delivery predictability throughput and quality
Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working standards and principles
What Were Looking For Requirements

High proficiency in English excellent oral and written communication in English is a must
1+ years of software project management experience.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with other Atlassian products is advantage.
Experience with change management policies implementation is a benefit
Proactive detail-attentive individual self-motivated goal oriented team player.
Exceptional interpersonal skills open-minded out-of-the-box thinker.
Ability to communicate equally well with clients managers team leaders developers.
Ability to motivate and drive colleagues towards success.
Able to comprehend any business-related information from various sources (such as BI media etc.)
Excellent analysis skills.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Capable of handling and managing multiple projects excellent multitasking skills are must
Any Scrum Master PM or PO certification is a benefit
