Multinational industrial company is looking to further strengthen and develop its business penetration in international markets with a KAM to our key Distributors. We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. Being able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.RoleKAM will have a fully dedicated focus on the internationals markets. These markets are one of the fastest-growing markets in our current portfolio in which a strategic growth rate target has been identified. The candidate we are looking for will be focused on building and maintaining relationships with key customers, as well as on new customer acquisitions as a priority.Providing a continuous and professional in-person commercial support to existing and new customers, walking the manufacturing lines to help them develop competitive solutions and proposing the most cost-effective solution are key drivers of this role.Company ProfileWe are a Global manufacturing company, offering complete solutions in several industrial sectors such as, general industry, automotive, ground transportation, construction or renewable energy, among others. BRALO also relies on selected collaboration with Key Distribution players, having a Global footprint in both, manufacturing and commercial activities that allow us provide a strong customer backup on a regional basis. We currently manufacture in three different continents ensuring access to our end customers with several commercial and logistic warehouses across Europe. We deliver to our customers in more than 60 countries, being a reference brand in the market where we´re present. We’re also continuously investing towards new products and solutions in market creatin innovative products to support our customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they rely on our company to define, develop and purchase our fasteners and engineered componentsAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsDevelop new sales based on a challenger mindset commercial approach, by exploring new customers and applications, understanding customers´ manufacturing needs, pain points and constrains, proposing alternative solutions and identifying customers´ value drivers.Negotiate and close sales contracts and orders by agreeing the terms and conditions between the company and its customers.Plan key actions (i.e., meetings) in advance, defines clear targets to achieve, track, gather and consolidate customer ownership and market intelligence.Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsActive participation in trade fairs, in which the company participates as an exhibitor or a visitor.Offer after-sales support services and assist customers with application issues or claims.Support in the design of custom-made products - especially vital for the automotive industry.Support sales process with On-Site technical demos at customer.Track customer Purchase Orders along full process: from Order to Cash.Requirements, Skills and QualificationsProven experience as key account manager, 5 to 8 years’ experience in similar position, or direct in-person sales development within the general industry and or automotive market.Technical background and mindset are preferred and a technical university degree is an advantage.Willingness to work in direct in-person technical products salesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels – being mandatory a fluent level of spoken and written EnglishAbility to build and maintain long-term relationshipsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiationExcellent knowledge of MS Office programs, ERP and CRM knowledge is a plusOfferThe opportunity to work for a global company that is a leader in its field, while at the same time - work in a small and friendly team with a family atmosphereYou would be selling high quality products from a well-known and reputable brandFreedom to determine how to develop opportunities international marketsStable, long-term and high-perspective employment, also providing the opportunity to learn many new things
