LEGAL MANAGER

EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Legal Manager for Spain. In this position you will play an important role to set up the Legal process for the legend brand EBRO. As the Legal Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements across the organization in Spain. You will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive legal policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and managing the legal framework for our operations, focusing on high standards and mutual satisfaction with stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with the whole EBRO team, and will report to the Country Director of Spain. Your responsibilities:Ensure the company's compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.Develop and implement policies and procedures for data protection and privacy.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and address potential issues.Provide training and guidance to employees on data protection best practices.Manage data breaches and report incidents to the relevant authorities.Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Advise the CEO and other senior management on legal risks and compliance issues.Your profile:Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Certified GDPR Practitioner or similar certification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of integrity and professional ethics.We are one of the most challenging project in the Automotive Industry today in Spain, relaunching an iconic brand in the market.
