En nuestro equipo, tendrás el apoyo para sobresalir en el trabajo y los recursos para desarrollar una carrera de la que pueda estar orgulloso.¿Qué estamos buscando?Abrimos una nueva plataforma y tenemos abiertas 6 posiciones de Team Lead que, entre otras funciones, se encargarán, la oordinación y organización del área logística del almacén, tanto a nivel de mercancía y productos como a nivel de gestión de personal, con el objetivo de distribuir a los clientes los pedidos de mercancía en tiempo y forma¿Qué harás en el día a día?Principalmente tus responsabilidades serán:Coordinar las diferentes áreas de almacén( entradas, reposición, preparación de pedidos y transporte de los mismos)Optimizar, organizar y planificar la preparación y distribución de pedidos.Optimizar procesos de trabajoGestionar el personal a su cargoElaboración de turnos de trabajo Elaboración de informes ¿Qué se necesita para tener éxito en GXO?Estamos pensando en una persona con:Preferible FP II con conocimientos y experiencia en el área logística o Ciclos formativos de grado superior y /o curso superior en Logística o experiencia demostrable en un puesto similar.Conocimiento y experiencia en la preparación de pedidos con radiofrecuenciaCarnet de carretilleroPaquete Office e Internet a nivel avanzadoConocimientos de programas informáticos de gestión de almacenes.Experiencia en un puesto similar y empresas de distribución con almenos 2 años ¿Qué te ofrecemos?Incorporación en una plataforma al 90% automatizadaEstabilidad laboral e incorporación a una multinacional americana en el ranking número 10 en su sector.Plan de carrera con desarrollo y formación a cargo de la empresa.Colaboración con el equipo de innovación Europeo en la selección e implantación de nuevas tecnologías.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
