MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS & PROCESSES PROJECT MANAGER

The main goal of this position is to lead the Management Systems and Processes function of the Nordics Cluster, ensuring stable and consistent management systems based on processes which support our certifications.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESManagement SystemsImplement the Global Certification Model in the Cluster following the company´s strategy.Evaluate and/or coordinate with Corporate the need of new certifications.Implement and maintenance of the Integrated Management System in the Cluster.Ensure a periodic control on the processes that uphold the obtained certifications. Make sure these processes are still being executed as expected.Organize and plan for audits (i.e. ISO certification), as well as quality audit meetings from HQ / third parties.Consolidate the points of improvement and discuss them with stakeholder. Make sure plans are made to adjust and implement the advices that were provided.Processes / Cellnex Industrial ModelUnderstand and have the knowledge of the industrial model concept (from an organization, process and systems perspective) and lead the implementation in the country.Support functional areas in the deployment of Cluster processes and procedures in accordance with the Cellnex process map, processes blueprints and the established guidelines.Consider and leads change management activities while implementing new processes.Apply the methodology and develop the detailed structure of the document management systems and ensure compliance within the countries.Support present and future integration and Industrial Model deployment activities in any of the Cluster countriesLead integration related projects, ensure resources to meet deadlines, quality standards, costs and objectives.Risk ManagementComply with the Global Risk Management methodologyDefine and/or updates country’s risk map and mitigation plansMonitor risks and action plans identified in the defined risk mapSupport in implementing Business Continuity PlanParticipate in the management of local critical incidentsCANDIDATE PROFILERelevant Professional Experience:At least 4 years of experience in a similar positionRelevant sectors: multinational companies, preferable in telcoEducation:Degree in Quality and/or Process Management or similar experienceAdditional education: Bachelor / UniversityLanguages:English - must have - advancedSpanish - valuableSoftware Tools:Excel - must have - advancedPower Point - must have - advancedWord - must have - advancedSAP - valuable - advanced-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------About usBe part of a large and growing technology company that is redefining the future of telecoms.We are the European leader in telecommunications infrastructure and technological innovation, a company with strong geographic expansion and ambitious plans for sustainable global growth.We help people connect and interact with the world, working with passion, honesty and integrity.
