Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Pharmacy Solutions to be located in Titusville, NJ.
This role is a part of the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions Team (PECS) within the Pharmacy Solutions team.

At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong! The Manager, Pharmacy Solutions will join a team passionate about building and refining the organization's overall pharmacy capability.
This includes identification of capabilities, partners, technologies, and innovative programming approaches that allow Johnson & Johnson to excel in supporting patient through the pharmacy channel.
You will identify industry trends, emerging pharmacy models, and evolving data sources to optimize our pharmacy programs.
This role will have direct oversight of pharmacy operations for our patient assistance program that services all therapeutic areas.
The position reports to the Associate Director, Pharmacy Excellence & Innovation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include.
Operational Excellence.
Use patient analytics, voice of customer, and benchmarking to lead continuous optimization of noncommercial pharmacy services across the Johnson & Johnson portfolio.
Address interdependencies with other solutions areas including Janssen Patient Access and Affordability Solutions, and Patient and Caregiver Solutions to ensure pharmacy services optimization.
Proactively share findings and standard processes within the Pharmacy Solutions team and across Janssen therapeutic areas.
Pharmacy Strategy, Innovation & Design.
Collaborate to refine Johnson & Johnson's noncommercial pharmacy capability and strategy; Use market assessments, competitive landscapes, voice of patient and customer, and industry trends including policy and business models to advise recommendations for program design.
Data & Analytics.
Enhance data sources and analytics methodologies to uncover new insights into the patient care journey and experience within the pharmacy setting; Monitor key metrics that reflect patient needs; Provide performance summaries and strategic recommendations to inform pharmacy services and patient care teams.
Account Management.
Ownership of noncommercial pharmacy accounts, including regular quality meetings, invoicing management, inventory management, contracting updates Budgeting.
Provide estimates for financial resources to support pharmacy Px strategy; Proactively supervise and manage spend Teaming.
Lead cross-functional business partners in a sophisticated environment Culture.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare business experience is required (e.
., pharmacy operations & services, supply chain, forecasting, analytics, account management, marketing, patient support programs) Strong strategy, innovation, analytics skills, and excellent overall business sense is required Experience in developing, maintaining, and influencing strategic business relationships is required Experience with budget management; business planning Ability to manage multiple priorities is required Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment and ability to lead project teams with or without direct report authority is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to all levels of leadership required Excellent social skills with a demonstrated track record for forging strong, positive relationships with a diverse array of customers and colleagues This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require occasional domestic travel Preferred Qualifications.
PharmD or other related advanced degree Experience with pharmacy data integration, CRM platforms (Salesforce) Experience in leading the utilization of data to diagnose a problem and propose a solution with metrics to measure success The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ to $.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
