With over 40 years of experience, we operate 10 hotels across Costa Brava, the Balearic Islands, and London. We are characterized by our diversification in services and commitment to sustainable growth and internationalization. Our group is structured into three business areas: Rosa dels Vents, RV Hotels, and Urbany Hostels.We are currently looking for an intern to join our Expansion team at our headquarters in Barcelona.📝Internship Description:As a Market Research Intern, Business Development Intern, or Operations and Research Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international expansion projects. You will be involved in key tasks related to market research, database creation, and business development strategies, working closely with different teams to help drive growth in new markets.🔑Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research on potential new markets, focusing on specific sectors Engage in initial communication with potential partners and negotiate deals as required.Help with the preparation of reports and presentations related to market trends and business opportunities.Create and maintain databases of key contacts (universities, suppliers).Support the business development team by identifying potential leads, managing outreach, and gathering relevant information for decision-making.Assist in supplier management, including contacting and filtering suppliers for hotel equipment.🔖Requirements:Fluency in English (both written and spoken).Currently studying ADE, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.Possibility of an internship agreement with your university or school.Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks.Strong research skills and proficiency in using search engines to gather relevant information.Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Interest in business development, market research, and the tourism industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).💼What We Offer:An opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research and business development within the hospitality and tourism industry.A dynamic, international work environment.A 6-month paid internship, with the possibility of further opportunities depending on performance.Mentoring and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.If you are passionate about the tourism industry and eager to learn, we invite you to apply and join our team!
