MARKETING MANAGER & GRAPHIC DESIGNER (HANDS ON!)

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong sense of what resonates with audiences, and the versatility to take on diverse marketing challenges. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our brand presence, upgrading our Webflow website, creating compelling visuals, managing product launches, and supporting our social media moderation team. While some tasks will be outsourced, you’ll be expected to create at least 80% of the marketing materials in-house.Key Responsibilities:Website Management: You will update and optimize our Webflow website, implementing hands-on changes to improve UX/UI, visuals, and content. We want to be agile, and our team members are highly skilled in hands-on activities. There will be no delegation of work. We execute.Content Creation: Design high-quality covers, promotional images, and marketing materials using Adobe Suite or similar tools.Social Media Support: Collaborate with the social moderation team to drive engagement and ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms.Product Announcements: Plan, coordinate, and execute new product launches, including marketing strategies and campaigns.Freelancer Management: Hire, manage, and collaborate with freelance content creators for specific tasks while taking ownership of most content creation.Brand Aesthetics: We must maintain a strong sense of what looks great and resonates with our audience, ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand identity.Startup Mindset: Go the extra mile to meet deadlines, solve problems, and seize growth opportunities.Requirements:Proven experience in marketing, design, or a related role.Proficiency in Webflow, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or similar design tools.Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Hands-on experience in creating most marketing materials (minimum 80%).Experience managing freelancers or small teams is a plus.Previous experience in startups or tech industries is a bonus, but it's not required.What We Offer:A supportive and innovative environment where your ideas are valued.The opportunity to grow with a company that rewards creativity and hard work.Equity options upon demonstrating fit and commitment to our mission.Flexibility and autonomy to make an impact in a growing industry.How to Apply:Please send the following to hiring@bws.ninja:1.
