MEDIA & COMMUNICATION SENIOR MANAGER

The Senior Manager of Media & Communications will lead local media and communication strategies to enhance brand image and maintain consistent messaging across market channels. This role is pivotal in cultivating strategic relationships with clients and media, and developing integrated campaigns that establish the company as a leader in the beauty industry.Are you looking for…A dynamic workplace driven by innovation and a passion for beauty and excellence.A culture that values initiative, personal, and professional growth.An opportunity to shape your role and contribute to the company's future success.FUNCTIONSDesign, lead, and execute local strategies across earned, owned, and paid media channels, ensuring alignment with both B2B and B2C objectives.Collaborate with local teams to adapt global strategies to the Spanish and Portuguese markets.Develop and implement PR and advocacy strategies, managing relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.Coordinate internal and external communications with marketing, sales, clients, agencies and others, including tailored media campaigns for key clients, working in constant collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs.Analyze KPIs, ROI, and competitor activations to inform strategic decisions.Manage budgets with precision, including ROI analysis and planning.Lead and mentor the Media & PR team, fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee media agencies to ensure alignment with brand vision and objectives.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing and media/PR roles within multinational companies, ideally in the beauty or consumer goods sector.Proven track record of leading media campaigns, PR strategies, and influencer collaborations with measurable success.Fluency in Spanish and advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).Expertise in digital and traditional media strategies, along with proficiency in analytics tools.Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a goal-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating attention to detail and execution excellence.Join Us to Make a Difference in the Beauty Industry!DIVERSITY & INCLUSION We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals, regardless of race, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics.
