**Job Description** AECOM Spain **Building Engineering team** is a highly qualified group of professionals, experts in offering the best solutions to international client\us needs all around the world.
Our building services engineers are at the forefront of their discipline for the design of the mechanical, electrical, public health, fire suppression and telecom systems required for the safe, comfortable and environmentally friendly operation of buildings.
We embrace world class methodologies and technologies, including information rich Building Information Modelling (BIM), energy modelling and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to facilitate more efficient ways of working and design at all stages of the project life-cycle.

**Your Role:** + Lead a team of MEP engineers and technical specialists to deliver large building and infrastructure projects.
+ Actively participate in the development of the delivery team, ensuring high-quality outcomes for AECOM and our clients.
+ Provide key liaison between clients and AECOM, maintaining strong client relationships.
+ Ensure successful project completion within budget and on time.
+ Plan and schedule project activities in coordination with the Planning Engineer.
+ Support bidding opportunities and lead technical teams from feasibility through to handover.
+ Act as the main point of contact for MEP with design teams.
+ Mentor junior staff and promote continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
+ Lead and support AECOM's Net Zero Carbon strategy.
**Qualifications** + Degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
+ Experience in delivering projects from concept design to completion.
+ Strong technical understanding of electrical engineering and collaboration on multi-disciplinary projects.
+ Proven track record of successful collaboration with design teams nationally and internationally.
+ Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
+ Management and marketing skills.
+ Relevant experience in Building Services design, including specification writing and developing designs from first principles.
+ Proactive and able to make decisions independently.
