¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? O2C Purchase Order Management Team Leader will be responsible for.
Position Purpose.
Client needs around Billing and Collections in the O2C space are rapidly evolving.
With more and more clients expecting a tailored approach and clients shifting part of the administrative process to the supplier, there is an increased need for a specific and structured approach to answer those client expectations.
To support the broader O2C organization on these client expectations, you will lead a team of O2C Specialists responsible for Non-Standard processes in the O2C organization (I.
.
Collecting Purchase order) Primary Responsibilities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Temp & Non standard, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
Organize the daily workload and tasks of the team to make sure roles and responsibilities are executed in line with SLA's, client requirements and business priorities Maintain a strong relationship with the different O2C teams your team is supporting Point of contact for Finance Business Partners on O2C Accounting processes Preparation and validation of the KPIs First level escalation for any issues raised by team members Participate in the improvement processes to increase team efficiency.
Close collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Finance Directors Other ad-hoc accounting activities ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Required for O2C Purchase Order Management Team Leader.
Primary Requirements.
