We have developed a powerful tool (an app and a digital platform) for wellness professionals (personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, fitness centers, etc.) to help them grow their business and focus on their passion.We are a fast-growing startup, with a dynamic team, and we dream BIG.🚀About the PositionThe Office & Happiness Manager role is at the heart of our team culture. You will be the driving force behind a workspace that inspires collaboration, creativity, and happiness every single day. From creating a clean, efficient, and dynamic office to organizing unforgettable team experiences, you’ll ensure that every detail contributes to a positive and high-performing environment.You will:Cultivate a workspace everyone loves:Ensure the office is clean, functional, and fully stocked with supplies across all areas (kitchen, meeting rooms, etc.).Collaborate with external cleaning services and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.Empower the team with tools and resources:Manage orders for computers, merchandise, and welcome packs to create a seamless experience for our team.Create memorable team experiences:Organize team-building activities, travel, and events that strengthen bonds, inspire energy, and celebrate our achievements.Research hotels, flights, and exciting activities that make every journey or event stress-free and unforgettable.Propose and organize activities that encourage relationships between team members, like a yoga workshop at the office, a group training session, or managing an after-work beer gathering.Be excited to spend time with the team and actively participate in creating a positive and engaging work culture.Be the engine of efficiency:Support administrative tasks, including collecting invoices, managing travel expenses, and assisting the finance team with critical needs.This is not just an office role—it’s about building a culture of care, happiness, and excellence where our team feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve big things.🔍What We Look ForA natural people-person who thrives on making others feel welcome, valued, and inspired.Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise.Creative and resourceful, with a flair for finding ways to make the office a happier and more efficient place.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, suppliers, and vendors.Passionate about team culture, creating memorable experiences, and supporting a thriving work environment.Affinity for the startup, wellness, and technology ecosystem.Languages: Spanish & English (fluent).At least 2 years of experience in office management, administration, event coordination, or similar roles.🤲What We OfferWork in a disruptive project, with an immense capacity for growth 💪Possibilities of growth and professional development, we are a startup and you will learn from all areas 🙌Motivating work environment 🫶Being part of a startup growing internationally, where you can interact with a lot of teams and build the strategy of tomorrow 🚀
