Our mission is to drive the transition towards a more sustainable world by investing in and managing sustainable infrastructure, while delivering long-term value to our investors and stakeholders.Our current portfolio includes 40 renewable energy assets with a capacity of 2,048 MW, 343 MW of efficient natural gas-fired power, 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines, and other sustainable assets.We are currently recruiting an Operational Excellence Manager to strengthen our Business Transformation team, based in the Madrid or the Seville office.ResponsibilitiesIn Business Transformation, we lead projects that drive the execution of the company's strategy, taking a holistic approach to key business challenges across a wide range of topics: from top line/cost savings initiatives, to transforming the way thousands of employees work with new digital tools or simply improving our processes.As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Business Transformation and lead the strategy and implementation of lean management across our assets. You will work closely with business units’ leaders and plant managers around the world to design improvement initiatives, align stakeholders and support the implementation to create lasting value for the company.The responsibilities of an Operational Excellence Manager are:​Lead the strategy and implementation of Lean management across our assets, with accountability for delivery.​Report to top management on the progress and impact of projects within their scope.​Engage with the business beyond the project to make the best decisions and act as an advisor to business managers.​Identify new opportunities for improvement by performing diagnostics in specific areas of any type.​We are looking for a candidate with relevant consulting experience (ideally 4-6 years), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent client hands and communication abilities to lead the company's most complex projects, manage issues that arise during implementation, and act as an advisor to business leaders at all times.EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, exceptional academics required.Master’s degree is desirable.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - most of our work is in an international environment!Personal SkillsProblem-solving oriented and strong analytical skills.​Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.​Quick learning ability, proactiveness and positive energy.​Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
