OPERATIONAL PRODUCT OWNER (OPO)

We are looking for a brilliant person willing to take Operational Product Owner role for UPAO cross functional teams in Operation and Maintenance (OAM) development area.
These OAM XFTs will be integrating different uservices in to Packet Core Gateway (PCG) product.
The major purpose of this role is to foster efficient integration of the uservices portfolio, set clear directions and priorities for the OAM XFT to organize their work, communicate and settle delivery plans with other organizations (like ADP) and translate business strategies into proficient product development.
What you will do   Focus on what and why in Feature development.
Define goals and build a vision for Feature development ensuring business value.
Communicate with stakeholders, including SL, ADP, PO, LM, GSM, ScM and XFT Develop business and technical understanding within the domain.
Owns the F0-F4 decision for their features.
Spend a significant amount of time with XFT to ensure the right prioritization and scope in uservices integration.
Manage the applicable part of the product backlog.
Expert at understanding and anticipating the customers’ needs to manage the development more effectively.
You will bring    Break down customer requirements to feature deliveries ensuring customer value.
Keep product backlog content up to date and ensure that Function Plan, value argumentation and Roadmap holds high quality.
Explain the value of the Feature.
Feature backlog refinement.
Together with XFT understand the business requirements and break these down to User Stories that are accepted by XFT.
Ensure the Feature scope is defined in a clear way for XFT.
Find cost efficient solutions together with XFT.
Define the main objective (sprint goal) together with the XFT.
Awareness of impediments & communicate Feature delivery delays.
