The opportunity Right now, we are looking for Oracle Fusion Cloud – Lead Solution Architect to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Oracle products.
Your key responsibilities As an Oracle Fusion Cloud – Lead Solution Architect you will have a diverse range of responsibilities.
These will include pre-sales activities such as presenting the product and its potential to the client, developing the solution concept, and engaging with stakeholders.
You will also manage the implementation process in subsequent phases.
A proactive, people-oriented, and solution-focused approach will be essential in this role.

Run client design reviews and discussions from offering to actual delivery Be the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements against like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management Take responsibility for the delivery, drive the projects as an owner Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore Oversee requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs Prepare test scripts and test cases Conduct trainings Lead a team of technical or functional consultants working in various projects Manage the team of experts in a long run, having a vision of developing the people   To qualify for the role, you must have At least 10 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP fusion finance (or the previous products) Experience of having key client facing delivery role Should have been in lead position in at least 4 full life cycle implementations in Fusion finance modules Managed a team of technical people in the hereby described area Be master in financial or equivalent education   Ideally, you’ll also have German or French skills MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications   What we look for   We seek individuals ready to exceed customer expectations while displaying accountability, possessing a strong functional understanding of financial processes, and having the readiness to travel for business purposes.
