PEGA SYSTEM ARCHITECT - INTERNATIONAL PROJECT - REMOTE

Are you looking for the next challenge in your career?We are working in a cross-functional way from requirement, concept and design to final verification and implementation in production.We are currently looking for a PEGA System Architect to provide enterprise-level PEGA development for our Customer Service front-end application. Join Alten’s international division and work alongside with some of the most talented engineers and technicians from all over the world.PEGA System Architect /Senior System Architect responsibilities include capturing and understanding business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, as well as supporting the application during its entire lifecycle. This includes monitoring, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on different technical platforms but mostly on PEGA Platform 8.Responsabilities:• Take full responsibility for the assigned tickets (analysis, development, unit test, deployment, and documentation) in the issue tracker. • Evaluate system issues and proactively suggest enhancements to enrich the solution. • Assist the Tech Lead to estimate and challenge the development effort. • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions. Enrich the internal database with newly identified issues. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (PEGA Developers, Front End Developers, Scrum Masters, Tech lead, QA…) aiming to improve operations and provide recommendations for change.• Attend Agile (Scrum) ceremonies i.e. daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives and maintain status of activities up-to-date in Jira and/or ServiceNow. • Contribute to and enforce best practices in the developed Product. • Develop a customer-oriented mindset and a culture of trust and transparencyRequirements:• Proven work experience as a PEGA Systems Architect or similar role • Excellent problem-solving, communication skills and high attention to detail • Hands-on experience with PEGA, Postman, Confluence, JIRA, API and event-driven architectures. • Keen to learn other technologies, namely SAP, Salesforce. • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Excellent in English both written and spoken; other languages are a plus. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and its ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban). • 3-5 Years as a PEGA CSSA or CSA role with proven project experience • B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Other desired skills: • SalesForce Marketing cloud, Python, Javascript, SAP ERP • Monitoring: Datadog. • Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro. • API: OpenAPI, REST, Postman. • Web technologies: HTTP, OAUTH2, WebComponents..We positively value all work or study experience abroad.All positions require a high level of English (at least B2) - please send your detailed CV in English.
