Desde Manpower Business Professional buscamos un People and Culture Junior Manager (H/M/X) para importante empresa multinacional del sector retail.
Principales funciones:
Fomentar una cultura de aprendizaje, impulsando el desarrollo profesional.
Gestionar la selección de personal en colaboración con el Store Manager, respetando las políticas de la empresa.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas y del convenio colectivo.
Garantizar la seguridad, salud y medio ambiente en tienda.
Cumplir con la normativa de protección de datos.
Colaborar con otras áreas de la empresa.
Requisitos:
Formación reglada finalizada en los últimos 3 años.
Movilidad geográfica para cambio de residencia (imprescindible).
Buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito.
Experiencia previa en puestos generalistas de RRHH en empresas con alto volumen de personal.
Se ofrece:
Contrato 12 meses.
Horario de 10 a 18:30h de lunes a viernes, con dos sábados al mes.
Salario competitivo fijo.
