Role Summary/Purpose Support to Management Purchasing and ERP&PLM (Internal tool with materials and BOM (Bill of materials)for Operations department Essential Responsibilities Support Project managers in the management of purchases related to projects and follow-up - Management of erp/SAP tools.
Operations management support, backlog reporting Support and management of engineering documentation through plm platform management for manufacturing / data traceability in project management.
Collaboration in the tasks of engineering documentation in projects.
Coordination between the different departments of a production plant and the client.
Support to engineers on Materials management on SAP & PLM (ERP and PLM) Qualifications/Requirements Administrative, Secretary, training in business administration or equivalent.
Knowledge on Office and Advanced Excel Full time in presence work at the Bilbao office is required If contracted in Spain.
Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country.
NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain.
They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring.
