PLM PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in PLM implementation projects to lead a multidisciplinary team and contribute to impactful, innovative initiatives that make a difference in both social and ecological contexts.Role Overview:As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of PLM projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing resources, and ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team.Task Monitoring: Oversee the completion of agreed tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues during project execution, escalating when necessary.End-to-End Project Management:Align all aspects of the project, including timelines, scope, quality, and costs.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks.Ensure compliance with quality standards at all stages.Optimize the use of technical and human resources.Manage project budgets efficiently.Facilitate clear and effective communication among stakeholders.Coordinate supplier management and procurement.Qualifications:Over six years of experience managing and coordinating technology projects, preferably related to PLM.Proven track record of leading teams and managing clients in complex projects.Expertise in comprehensive project management, including time, scope, quality, cost, risk, resources, and communication.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related fields.High proficiency in English (spoken and written).Residency in or availability to relocate to Granada.Preferred:Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.What We Offer:International, dynamic, and positive work environment.Hybrid work model (remote/on-site).Flexible working hours.Continuous learning and development.Flexible benefits plan.Life and accident insurance.Over 25 working days of vacation per year.
