Work with Product, technical teams and other stakeholders to help continuously improve the Digital delivery process / value streams through leading improvement initiatives associated with end-to-end delivery including DevOps within the Delivery Pipeline.
Track and produce key metrics (e.
g., burn-down, burn-up charts, own the KPIs for the specified ART reporting where decisions will impact our ability to achieve the targets owning risks and issues and regular management reporting for the specified ART.
This is a delivery role, a key element of which involves setting the standards for Agile delivery excellence aligned to the SAFe framework, acting as a visible leader in our journey to SAFe with an emphasis on providing the support needed by the teams, ARTs, and Solution Trains to be self-organizing and self-managing.

Using the draft project plan defined by the PM&PO, the Principal RTE will facilitate the ART PI planning, ensuring necessary pre and post work is done and making sure that teams and stakeholders are alingned on the final plan for the next product increment (next software development ART cycle) The principal RTE drives/coordinates all major enablements required to deliver new features in the ART by facilitating the alignment between the product vision, technical solution architects and 3rd party teams and ensuring the on-time delivery, according to the product plan In the ART, the Principal RTE coordinates the delivery of the plan by ensuring alignment between the squads and managing ART issues, risks and dependencies The Principal RTE provides regular status updates during the product increment to all stakeholders and, together with the PO, adjusts the plan according to the new developements The Principal RTE leads the team of Scrum Masters working in the ART by proving training, performance coaching and promoting a continuous improvement With these skills you are a great candidate.
5-10 years working experience, with background in Agile product delivery (PO, SM) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply and with impact.
A servant leader with the ability to coach and support and enable the delivery of value through creating a culture of continuous improvement and customer outcome delivery.
Emotionally intelligent with the ability to flex styles across a wide range of stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
