Located in Madrid, we work with teams from all over the world to build the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.Your Role:We are searching for a driven individual to lead our product management efforts, ensuring our buyers and sellers have the best experience possible. Your job will be to identify enhancements, fill gaps, and spot new opportunities. You'll author business requirement documents that blend market insights with innovative specs and compelling seller narratives—all to fuel lean and agile development.Your Role:What is more exciting than working on Growth in a fast rising startup?Key tasks and responsibilities:Product data management & operations: Define buyer experience needs, identifying gaps, feature enhancements, and opportunities.- Own and write business requirement documents with market analysis, product specifications, and buyer stories to support lean and agile product and platform development.- Project Management: Drive product development with cross-functional teams, including analytics, design/UX, and engineering to monitor and deliver impact for the business and the sellers.- Strong communication skills: Release plans, backlog, and roadmaps to the different teams. Facilitate meetings and workshops that drive collaboration, prioritization, and most of all, maximize impact through good decision making.- Define user stories and user acceptance tests for the functionalities to ensure it is developed according to the business requirements.- Be the key point of contact from different business stakeholder (KAMs, Sellers Operations, Customer Care, User Research, etc.) and understand their needs/pain point and provide a solution in the short team (solve an Issue) or mid term (define new product functionality)Job Description- Bachelor/Master' s degree ideally in information technology, business, management and consultancy major.- Min 3 years of experience (ideally a combination of top consulting firm and fintech, venture capital, start-up or technology company (in strategy, product, and growth teams)) working on ecommerce, digital marketplace, online retail environments.- Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Mandarin is preferred.- Strong Project/Product management skills. Passionate and able to multitask and learn in a fast pace environment, comfortable to face with urgent requests with clear mindset of processes- Extreme attention to details and follow-up actions as well as a fast turn-around working style is required. Able to get your hands dirty on manual works.- Problem solving: Ability to identify product gaps and formulate and put in place solutions.- Highly analytical and performance driven with strong coordination and communication skills.- Data analytics skills to extract (SQL) and analyse large data sets- SEO anlytics skills is a plus- Preferred experience working on complex projects related to Compliance and Legal matters for both consumers and merchants side.11:00Talent AttributesWe expect our talents to embrace values that enables delivering on our ambitious agenda.
