We’re building technology that simplifies energy procurement, enhances transparency, and enables demand flexibility for SMEs facing the complexities of decarbonization, electrification, and rising volatility in energy supply.✨ Your MissionAs our Product Designer, you’ll be a key contributor to shaping the user experience and interface of our energy management platform. Joining at an early stage, you will have the opportunity to influence not just the design, but also product direction and how we deliver value to our customers. You will: • Design & Build: Lead the end-to-end design process—from user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, to refining and implementing the look and feel in production-level CSS. • Craft UI/UX: Develop intuitive and delightful user experiences for our customers as we rebuild and iterate upon our initial MVP. • Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with our frontend developer and co-founder in charge of tech and digital product, ensuring seamless integration of your designs into the platform. • User Insights: Conduct user interviews (as needed) and participate in user testing to guide improvements and inform product decisions. • Versatility in Action: Take initiative beyond pure design—contribute to product decisions, potentially shape parts of the product roadmap, and assist in refining the public website using tools like Webflow. • Front-End Skills: Bring your coding chops to the table (HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript) to quickly prototype and implement changes, owning the visual and interactive aspects of the product.🎯 Ideal ProfileYou’ll thrive in this role if you: • Design Excellence: Have a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles and experience creating responsive interfaces in Figma or similar tools. • Front-End Fluency: Are comfortable writing production-level CSS, with additional exposure to HTML and JavaScript. Experience with React is a plus but not mandatory. • Startup Mindset: Enjoy working hands-on in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. You’re self-motivated, curious, and eager to iterate quickly. • User-Centric: Are enthusiastic about learning from real user feedback, whether through direct interviews, usability tests, or data insights. • Autonomous & Collaborative: Can work independently while staying closely aligned with our small team.
