Their vision is to be the global leader in this niche, offering seamless, real-time booking of wellness activities.Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and strategic Product Manager to drive the development and growth of wellbeing-related products within this dynamic company. This role involves managing the product lifecycle and collaborating with various teams to enhance the platform’s offerings.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company’s mission to connect wellbeing and travel seamlessly.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product innovation.Product Development: Oversee the product development process, from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and quality standards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, and partnerships to define product requirements and drive successful product launches.Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product features and user experience.Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate product performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.Innovation: Champion continuous innovation in product offerings, leveraging new technologies and market opportunities.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably in tech start-ups or within the travel and wellness industries.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of product development, market analysis, and strategic planning.Skills: Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to drive product innovation and manage complex projects with a focus on user experience.
