We are seeking an experienced and data-driven
Product Manager - Publisher Solutions to join our global team. This role is pivotal in driving the development of solutions that enhance publisher monetization, user engagement, and audience growth. As a Product Manager, you will lead product initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, engineering, marketing) and external partners (publishers) to define, develop, and implement innovative solutions that address industry challenges and create value for our clients.
The Product Manager for Publisher Solutions will oversee product initiatives focused on enhancing publisher monetization, user engagement, and growth. This role involves translating strategic objectives into actionable features, collaborating with internal teams, and fostering relationships with external publisher stakeholders to develop impactful solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, industry-savvy, and experienced in digital media product management.
What you will do:
Product Strategy & Development:
Collaborate with Publisher Department stakeholders to ideate, plan, and design solutions that meet publisher needs and contribute to revenue growth
Translate strategic objectives into detailed EPICs, MVPs, and features with clear business hypotheses
Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends
Perform data-driven analysis to prioritize initiatives and define success metrics for both new and existing features
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the primary liaison between the supply-side business team, other product team members, developers, and external publishers.
Partner with publisher sales teams, product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver high-value solutions.
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (publishers) to gather insights and ensure product adoption.
Maintain and communicate the product roadmap to ensure transparency and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Market Insights & Innovation:
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies with innovative solutions tailored to publishers' needs
Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing features to identify improvement areas and leverage data to inform feature development, proposing data-driven, market-aligned product innovations
Develop, track, and report on key product metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and ROI goals
Stay updated on industry trends, exploring innovative solutions that address emerging publisher needs and enhance the user experience.
Feature Execution & Delivery:
Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from ideation, planning, and description, through to rollout and adoption
Ensure successful communication of product updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve delivery timelines
Requirements
Who you are:
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in digital media or similar
Proven experience working with publisher-focused products or projects, preferably with large media groups, including experience leading projects or initiatives related to publisher monetization, user growth, and engagement
In-depth knowledge of the media landscape, ad tech ecosystem, and publisher monetization strategies, especially around native advertising/content recommendation.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to identify and solve complex problems
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create detailed documentation, summarize and communicate strategy effectively, and deliver presentations to various audiences
Fluent English proficiency
Preferred:
Experience working in or with large content websites or media groups on solutions for monetization, user engagement, user growth, and/or analytics
Familiarity with AdTech and MarTech solutions
Hands-on experience with audience retention, user engagement, and monetization strategies
