With a network of over 375 branches at 66 international airports in 23 countries in 5 continents, our staff of over 2,400 offers our services to 12 million Customers every year.Qualifications+4 year of experience in a similar position as product owner in digital projects mainly in payments.University or master's degree in business or computer engineering.Experience in agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.)As product owner, demonstrate experience working with company cross, business and technology areas in order to translate their needs/specifications into functional product requirements.Demonstrate experience creating, executing and analyzing business test plans.Have experience in reporting and followup bugs detected in customer's digital flows.Knowledge in creating unitary tests and doing regressive for the test plans.Experience using tools like Jira, TFS, Confluence or others.Experience working with development teams for Apps and Web channels.Experience in digital banking, fintechs or digital products, having worked in digital transformation projects (digital business) as a testerDetail oriented, able to find small and big bugs and blocking issues in customer's flows.Spanish and english.Key responsabilities:Manage onboarding backlog.Ensure that team roadmap is aligned with project key priorities.Manage onboarding roadmap.Meet deadlines and objectives defined in onboarding backlog & roadmapManage relation and collaboration with company cross areas (Legal, Compliance, Human Resources…) and technology and business areas in order to translate their needs/specifications into functional product requirements.Manage dependencies and Risks.Functional definition of initiatives, epics and user histories, and manage their development and delivery, supporting development team and working closely with Software Manager.Create User Stories for development team, with clear acceptance criteria.Agile ceremonies.UAT and regression testsEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement:Global Exchange Group is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
