PRODUCT RETENTION MANAGER

Product Retention ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Product Retention Manager to join our partner's dynamic team. As the Product Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize customer retention and minimize churn for our product line(s). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development to implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention rates and reduce churn.Analyze customer data and feedback to identify reasons for churn and implement proactive retention initiatives.Work closely with the Product Development team to enhance product features and functionalities that drive customer retention.Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and communications aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty.Monitor and report on key metrics related to customer retention and churn, and provide actionable insights to senior management.Implement customer feedback loops to continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention efforts.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer retention strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully improving customer retention metrics.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools.You speak Russian or Ukrainian is a big plus +Sounds interesting ?
