Develop detailed project plans and proactively identify and resolve potential issues or risks.
Team Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure task delegation and project alignment.
Organize and guide the team, setting clear action items and deadlines.
Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and objectives.
Risk Management Identify and mitigate potential risks or malfunctions, promoting proactive issue resolution.
Seek opportunities for process improvement and recommend new project initiatives.

Educate clients on our operational procedures so they adapt to our workflow.
Gather the required information for each project stage.
Advocate assertively with clients when they fail to provide necessary materials.
Communicate the consequences of client actions, such as delays affecting the project roadmap.
Prioritize organization.
Act as the primary source for gathering all project essentials.
Set up Toggl to track tasks efficiently, providing clarity for the team.
Showcase excellent organizational and multitasking skills, managing multiple projects concurrently.
Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
