Currently we are undisputed leader in the PV market with more than 150 projects completed across 6 continents resulting in more than 5 GW installed capacity. Career at HECWe value our employees and strive for attracting, motivating and retaining the best talents. Following the expansion of our operations, we are currently looking to employ Project Manager for our projects in Spain.In this role you will:Plan, budget, manage and complete turn-key PV projects;Provide leadership for a strong and safe performance throughout the project;Manage with diverse teams to accomplish the required outcomes for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and scope;Deliver projects within the established schedule and budget;Support value engineering to reduce costs of labor, materials and equipment;Make regular reviews and analyses of actual versus estimated costs to provide feedback and meet cost reduction goals;Support other project managers on more complex projects;Support business development activities with estimates, contract review, and client communications;Coordinate permitting activities with local authorities;Act as primary point of contact for customers; What do you need in order to fit:Masters’ degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field;Very good computer skills - MS Office, MS Project;Proficiency in English, knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage;Experience in solar parks construction is an advantage;Very good management and organizational skills;Communication and team organizing skills;Readiness to work abroad as a part of site construction management team;Valid and clean driving licenseOur company offers:Competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate's skills and experience;Opportunity for professional skills and competencies upgrade in a dynamically developing company;Additional medical insurance, relocation and accommodation for employees working on project assignments abroad;Business laptop, mobile phone and car;Labor contract with Hydroenergy Company
