PROJECT MANAGER

Chemo produces its own active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) as well as finished pharmaceutical products (FDF) covering the main therapeutic groups (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Central Nervous System, Anti-infectives, Respiratory, Women's Health, Endocrinology, Dermatology and Urology).General Responsibility Manage moderately large or complex assignments that require proven project management skills. Assist business development team with writing and presenting proposal for projects, have moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior level executives at the client. Supervise and review work related to project management of less experienced personnel.Specific ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the needs of the internal customers, projects and align them with the strategic guidelines of Chemo.Participate in the development of an e-project system with all the involved internal departments (IP, Clinical, Regulatory, Development, Production, Sales).Analyze the characteristics and needs of each project, evaluating processes end to end, identifying stages and milestones in calendar (scope, goals, talents, resources).Communicate properly and in time with the various entities involved plans.Provide alternatives or contingency to changes or problems in execution solutions.Ensure optimization of resources (capital, effort, organization, departments, and systems), time, cost and quality.Assist and inform to internal and external customers.Assist with writing and presenting proposal for projects, have moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior level executives at the client.Define and monitor the reporting and monitoring indicators.Establish / develop and maintain systems and communication and control processes (registration system and information about project progress, deviations, actions) CRM, BI, etc.Planning the milestones of a project and identify the milestone ownersMonitor project steps with 3rd-party developers.Communicate with other possible Partners about milestones to be completed by ChemoEnsure timely communication with clients and/or partners.Organize joint steering committees. Revise project plans, status and budget for short-term and mid-term business plans.Report regularly to the Board about deviations of approved assumptions of projects.Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Revise project sales expectations, NPV and business cases on regular basis Requirements and personal skillsEducation: University Degree (Economics, Business, Pharmacy), Master is a plus.Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.Experience (years/area): +2 years of experience in a similar position. Specific Knowledge: PMP Certification desirable.
