Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills are required. A general understanding of content development is a requirement to be able to effectively analyze requests. Analysis:Analyze intakes submitted by requestors in Power BI to determine if they fall within scopeFollow up with requestors to ensure all intakes are complete (forms completed accurately, required inputs shared, if flagged priority, ensure they match priority criteria, etc.)Attend consults with requestors to answer questionsUse a naming convention to determine which team to be assigned Assignments:Determine name and number of resources to each projectLiaise with the Development Lead to understand capacity planning and skill setsPrioritization and time management skills are critical Project Management:Communicate with the resource who will provide you a status on the projectsUpdate start dates and end datesUpdate and create various project recordsCommunicate with requestors in the event of an escalation Reporting:Track and manage dashboards and data to report out on complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. **NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
