Your role in the team • Project Planning.
responsible for developing a detailed project plan, defining the objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and necessary resources.
• Preparation and leadership of documentation for the project kickoff, both internal and with the client.
Leading the kickoff meeting together with the functional team.
• Task Coordination and Assignment.
assign appropriate tasks to team members, ensuring that everyone understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Resource Management.
managing the resources assigned to the project, including personnel, budget, and materials.
Internal Ceremonies.
Leading various internal follow-up ceremonies with the team (dailies, weeklies, retrospectives).
• Client Meetings.
leading and documenting project follow-up meetings with the client.
• Progress Monitoring.
monitor the project's progress, identify potential deviations, and take corrective measures when necessary to keep the project on track.
• Risk Management.
Identifying and assessing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and establishing contingency plans in case problems arise.
• Communication and Reporting.
Keeping all stakeholders informed about the project's progress through regular reports, meetings, and constant communication.
• Project Closure.
At the end of the project, the Project Manager must ensure that all deliverables are complete, evaluate the team's performance, and conduct a final project review.
• Handover to Support.
Ensuring a proper handover to the Support team by managing the documentation prepared by various departments.
