Open InnovationLocal Innovation Lead (Growth Hub)External PartneringSkills requiredEducationBachelor's DegreeRequired knowledge and/or experienceExperience in project management and innovation (5/7+ years)Experience Consumer Business (preferred)Understanding of various functions and steps related to innovation processExcellent communication skillsExcellent planning and organizational skillsStrong analytical skills: possess the ability to proactively analyse problems, identify key issues, develop strategic and tactical solutions, and design metrics to measure business impactAbility to deal with complex situation finding a feasible solutionExperience managing cross-functional teamsAgile methodologies and lean start-up approach (preferred)Manufacturing, R&D or Regulatory experience (preferred)Entrepreneurial MindsetWe positively value all work or study experience abroad.All positions require a high level of English (at least B2) - please send your detailed CV in Englis
