PROJECT MANAGER - DPA UIPATH (12 MONTHS CONTRACT)

As leader of the DPA Team, you will lead a team of professionals to identify, design, develop, and implement automated solutions that streamline business processes.
The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring that the automation solutions are aligned with business objectives, and delivering measurable efficiency, accuracy, and productivity improvements.
Job main responsibilities •Criteria to decide on the best approach to automate processes and keep a proactive and critical mindset.
•Process Analysis and Optimization of the new automation.
•Support our internal customers by gathering requirements and assessing their existing processes for automation opportunities to improve process effectiveness and quality.
•Adhere to and expand on our set of Best Practices in DPA Development •Stay tuned to the latest trends in Process Automation.
Propose improvements based on those trends.
•Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams MANDATORY •Very good communication skills (written and spoken) in English to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
•5+ years of experience in process automation, business project management, or a related field, with a track record of successfully T a nd digitalization delivering projects on time and within budget.
•Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies (e.
., RPA (UiPath), BPM, AI, ML) and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
•Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or similar areas.
•Hands-on and solution-oriented personality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams •ServiceNow Project Management •Team Management Agile Methodology •Experience automating using UiPath or Power Automate/Power Apps NICE TO HAVE •Relevant certifications in Power Automate and Power Apps are advantageous, as well as UiPath.
•Programming skills in VBA, VB.
et and C#.
•Knowledge of other Programming Language and RPA software development •Experience and knowledge in technologies connected to the world of process automation, such as process mining, document understanding, and API development, will be highly regarded.
