Thank you!Your responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project goals Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential issues Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction activities align with project specifications and quality standards Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle and implement effective cost tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure financial objectives are met Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors.
As well as, communicate project updates and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues Implement risk response plans and maintain a proactive approach to risk management Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality PV projects Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment and provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts as necessary Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports and generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders
