Offer Conditions.
Permanent contract.
39-hour work week.
Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
Possibility of extra income for availability outside of regular hours.
Between 200 and 400€ per month.
Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs.
Salary up to € per year.
Paid training for 3 weeks.
On-site work at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides (Madrid).
Potential transition to a hybrid work model after the learning curve, with proximity to the office necessary for meetings and training.
Responsibilities.

Provide exceptional and tailored service to our premium clients, ensuring that each interaction aligns with their luxury expectations.
Relationship Management.
Develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with high-profile clients.
Event Organization.
Accompany and assist premium clients at the most important events of the year, ensuring a unique and exclusive experience.
Market Knowledge.
Stay updated with the trends and news in the luxury sector and the most prestigious brands.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement.
Gather client feedback to continuously improve the service offered.
Requirements.
Experience in the Luxury Sector.
Native Italian.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Attention to Detail.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure impeccable service.
Flexibility and Adaptability.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the changing needs of clients.
Residence in any area of Madrid.
