Role Role purpose.
To perform quote and purchase order processing and to support activities concerning supply chain area.
To identify issues and improvement opportunities and drive resolution with a project thinking.
Key accountabilities.
 •Processes purchase orders (free text, terminal, catalogue and asset orders) and free text quote requests in the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system and in SAP.
Handles related queries within SLA.
•Verifies the price/ offer in SRM.
•Processes purchase order changes/ cancellations.
•Handles blocked invoices/ purchase orders with price difference.
•Delivers regular and ad hoc reports relating to the area.
•Works on process improvement, raises tickets for all technical issues, follows up and verifies resolution.
Submits efficiency improvement and cost saving ideas.
•Shares best practices.
