Advocate and advance chapter standards and best practices in collaboration with another chapter leads and chapters.
Responsible for the functional coherence within the chapter Constantly looks for new knowledge and practices to boost chapter performance Coordinates trainings into the Chapter members to help them grow.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Minimun 5 years of direct work experience in leading, development and delivery of software solutions or decision support systems.
Experience working in agile methodologies with engineers.
Experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a spirit of collaboration, and driving empowerment and accountability.
Previous experience in integrating and testing front-end and back-end frameworks.
Knowledgeofinfrastructureautomationandprovisioningtools Knowledge of automation tools like a Webdriver.
